1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using DJ Mashup Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

DJ Mashup Studio is a professional DJ track search and discovery tool that helps DJs find compatible tracks for mixing and mashups. The Service is provided subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Service Description

DJ Mashup Studio provides:

Track search and discovery tools
BPM matching and compatibility analysis
Mashup pair suggestions
Playlist creation and management
Export functionality for playlists
Links to external content platforms (YouTube)

Important: No Hosted Media Content

DJ Mashup Studio does not host, store, stream, or provide direct access to any copyrighted audio or video content. We provide metadata, search capabilities, and links to third-party platforms where content is legitimately hosted. All media content remains the property of its respective owners and platforms.

The Service operates under different subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Pro) with varying feature access and usage limits.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of DJ Mashup Studio, you agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Respect intellectual property rights of all content
Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription tiers
Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
Provide accurate information when creating an account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Tiers

DJ Mashup Studio offers different subscription tiers with varying features and limitations:

Free Tier: Limited daily searches, basic features
Basic Tier: Unlimited searches, playlist creation, basic export
Pro Tier: All features, unlimited access, priority support

Payment Processing by Stripe

All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or process credit card information directly.

Billing Terms

Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your selected plan
Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
Failed Payments: Service may be suspended for failed payments; multiple failures may result in cancellation
Proration: Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods

We provide links to YouTube content for reference only
No direct integration or data sharing with YouTube
YouTube content subject to YouTube's Terms of Service
We are not responsible for YouTube content availability or accuracy

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJ Mashup Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

All music tracks, metadata, and related content accessed through the Service remain the property of their respective owners. DJ Mashup Studio does not claim ownership of any third-party content and provides access for legitimate DJ and music production purposes only.

7. Limitations of Liability

DJ Mashup Studio is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall DJ Mashup Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
