All music tracks, metadata, and related content accessed through the Service remain the property of their respective owners. Beatmatic does not claim ownership of any third-party content and provides access for legitimate DJ and music production purposes only.
Beatmatic is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall Beatmatic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
